Mind-blowing service from friendly, helpful staff. Superb location near port and fantastic amenities including free Wi-Fi, valet parking, luggage storage, 24-hour security, bar/lounge area. Incredible value for money.

The hotel is located very conveniently for exploring the area. It's close to the train station, making it easy to get around. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of choices. The room was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and there were plenty of towels provided. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and they made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

The noise from the surrounding industrial complex can be quite loud at times.

The hotel's location was perfect for us, just a few minutes away from the train station and close to the port. The room we stayed in was exceptionally clean and came with all the necessary amenities that we required. the friendly staff member who took care of us was exceptionally kind and even prepared us fresh coffee every morning.

The one downside we experienced was that the hotel was challenging to locate, and we had trouble finding it using our GPS. when it came to checking out, the payment process was problematic, as their credit card machine was not functioning correctly.

Great location for catching the ferry to Malta and close to restaurants. Loved the variety at breakfast and the fact that the room was cleaned regularly. the parking was secure and convenient.

The hotel was quite difficult to find and there was no clear signage to help. the air conditioning was not working well, making the room feel stuffy and uncomfortable.

great stay in pozzallo! nautico really went above and beyond. super friendly staff, picked me up and dropped me off, ordered food for me when i had no cash, and let me pay with card. the room was comfy, breakfast was yummy, and the shower was amazing. will definitely stay here again!

We arrived late at Hotel Nautico and were pleasantly surprised that we could still check-in. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice shower and towels provided. The staff were kind and even brewed us fresh coffee in the morning. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and a reasonable distance to the port. I highly recommend this hotel.
